Website Maintenance

Our WordPress website care plans include assisting you with posting provided content to your blog as in coaching or how-to, and if you would like to hand us content and manage posting it for you we will. If you would like us to create copy or content for pages or blogs, would be considered separate publishing services outside of our maintenance agreement. We provide those services with a project quote and go from there.

Absolutely! We offer a website maintenance care and support service based on our clients’ varying degrees of technical proficiency, and will gladly make updates for you. You still have full control of your website under our service plans. We also assist our clients with WordPress consulting, and technical support where needed.

Yes you can use website maintenance time for new pages if the text content of those pages is supplied to us, and we’ll help with the layout. We’ll give a heads-up beforehand if new page request will exceed your available service usage, or is outside the scope of maintenance and would require billable hours. Images, basic image cropping or resizing, and embedding media is included.

Monthly service time does not rollover or accumulate on website care plans. Our pricing is extremely competitive for the services offered, and still comes with additional labor servicing time. We do offer anytime hours you can buy up-front in “service blocks” at a discount rate that can be used whenever you like over a 12 month period.

No. It’s included for all clients enrolled in our Essential or Plus website care plans. Without a plan enrollment, a compromised website recovery and malware removal starts at $750 for emergency servicing. Total cost would be dependent upon our team assessing the damage, and reviewing options for full or partial recovery, and providing a quote.

It depends. As a courtesy, we support Outlook 365 email users when the email service is provisioned by the same company that hosts the website because we're already in their dashboards managing other services. Email support also requires enrollment in our website care "PLUS Plan" which includes domain email support. The support call would use included service time or billed thereafter. This would also pertain to existing users that need additional support/setup with new devices, phones, tablets, etc. If the email service is managed via another provider, we recommend a dedicated I.T. company to service your additional email needs; our core services are digital marketing.  

We support up to 3 new email inboxes per account per month on the our website Care Plus Plan. We include assisting the new user(s) setting up their devices as part of the plan, and does not use service time unless it exceeds 3 users in the billing cycle.
